Jake Spiers Contracting has been a key partner in the exciting extension of the Kerikeri Retirement Village, working alongside BMC Construction. Our team successfully managed the crucial early stages of the project, including a significant bulk excavation that saw an impressive 2,300 cubic metres of clay removed from the site. Following this, we expertly prepared the base foundation, compacting 350 cubic metres of GAP 40 aggregate to create a solid and reliable platform, ready for the concrete pour.
